| ► | Bread production lines | » | In-line proofing chamber All Serton proofing chambers are fully automatic in-line continuous installations. The aim of proofing chambers is to get an even distribution of warmth and humidity throughout the product. This is best done by the constant movement of the product both horizontally and vertically throughout the proofer. Our proofing chambers are designed so that the all the product follows the same path, thus ensuring uniformity of the process. We have a variety of layout configurations in accordance with the product and site characteristics. They can be of spiral design or with an up and down configuration, and in all models there is a choice of belt width, belt type and tier height clearance. All are equipped with carefully selected airflow and temperature and humidity control. Furthermore, the chamber is equipped with doors and access corridors for checking the product and for maintenance of the machinery.
