Serton design, engineer and install complete dedicated breadcrumb production lines with a capacity of up to 5000 kg/h per line.

Line configurations are tailored to suit client needs. Due to Serton production line automation expertise, wherever possible Serton engineers make use of existing client machinery. This means we can give a flexible solution to the brief and keep client capital costs to a minimum.

Some features of Serton dedicated production lines are continuous or batch mixing, in line proofers and ovens, a wide range of Serton mills, fluid bed coolers and dryers. Oven gases can be employed in the dryers to significantly reduce heat energy costs.
