This machine can be adapted for a variety of foodstuffs that are to be coated with a layer of breadcrumbs. First the product is coated in a base binding liquid, then it passes through the machine to be coated with an all over even layer of breadcrumbs. One important feature of this machine is that it can be designed to give an all-over coating of breadcrumbs without turning over the product. If the product has an up and down side this simplifies greatly its packaging. The machines are all designed to be easily cleanable and can be made to measure to suit individual client needs.
