The Serton Calciner is based around our novel rotary trommel system. The calcinating is a continuous and controlled process whose temperature does not exceed the calcination temperature of 600ºC.

The heat for this system is supplied by one of our range of heat generators that can burn a variety of liquid fuels.The process is controlled using SCADA software.

This machine can process from 500kg to 20 tonnes of material per hour. It can run on fuel oil, natural gas or cogeneration gases. It can also be used to make any organic residue inert. Power consumption is low: just 3000 therms/hour.
