Serton Enginy has just installed at Okin Gourmet (Artadi Alimentación) its brand new Breadcrumb Machine, which has a production capacity of up to 1500 Kg/h.This machine takes advantage of Serton Enginy technology to produce fresh and stable breadcrumbs from par-baked and frozen bread.

Agrovin has adquired a Serton new RDP Doble Pass Trommel Dryer, totally stainless steel, to work with cristallised tartaric acid in their La Mancha factory.

Serton has installed its breadcrumb plant in Pastas Gallo in El Carpio, Córdoba, Spain. With a production capacity of 15000 Kg/h, this line is based on Serton´s Variable Pass Dryer Millenium Series , with which it is possible to reduce the occupied space and therefore optmize production. This breadcrumb line was totally custom made and design in conjunction with Pastas Gallo, and features Serton´s TA Pre-Cutter, MTV Shredder Mill and pneumatic transport.

The whole process is totally regulated automaticaly and fully controlled through a touch screen panel, including its temperature, assuring uniformity to the final product.

Serton Bakery Solutions, a division of Serton Enginy, is carrying out a full automization of six baguette production lines in Madrid. The project is being designed to archive a doble objective: occupy minimum space floor and maximum automization.
